In India, people like to show their religious devotion with flowers. Data states every year, some 800 million tons of blossoms–red roses, yellow marigolds, prickly xanthiums–are deposited at the nation’s temples, mosques and sikh gurudwaras . the flowers have been used for worship hence are sacred & just cannot be dumped anywhere . we have @helpusgreen - the world’s first lean solution to the monumental ‘temple-waste’ problem. They have pioneered the ‘flowercycling’ technology to preserve the Rivers Ganges from becoming a religious sewer by up-cycling the monumental temple-waste in India.2.4 tons of floral-waste is daily collected from temples and mosques in Uttar Pradesh, India. The waste is upcycled into the world’s first flowercycling aromatic sticks and compost , revolutionizing the way India handles the ‘Million-ton temple waste disposal’ & brings hope to revive the lifeline of 420 million – The Ganges. We highly appreciate their efforts . We thank such enterpreneurs who are not only limiting the waste created by various sects of the society but who are also providing work opportunities for the unfortunate one & making them self dependent .
But what you do to flowers you bring home ? Do you keep it so that u may throw them into the holy Ganges whenever you make a visit . Here's a much better way to what I do just dispose them into the pots & see the crop yield moreover u may give rise to new generation by just simply throwing your tagetes(marigold ) into the pots . What's your story pls do share .
